How It All Started

In January 2024, a lifelong horse lover and racing enthusiast who had been attending race meetings since she was 18 was invited by friends to invest in a horse they’d purchased at the Magic Millions on the Gold Coast. That moment ignited a deeper passion — soon she was researching bloodlines, attending auctions, and visiting stallion parades. From then on, she was completely hooked.

In July 2024, she launched Bred 4 Sports. With a background in social media and dressage she began to create content and created a blog with some industry journalists to talk about bloodstock and the horse industry. Her passion soon took her around the world to experience and write about horses.

By June 2025, Bred 4 Sports transitioned from magazine and article publishing to a focus on audio and visual content, aiming to connect with a digitally-savvy audience. This shift reflects the ongoing evolution of the wider horse industry and underscores Bred 4 Sports’ commitment to supporting its long-term sustainability—by engaging a broader audience with the world of horses and highlighting how individuals can actively contribute to the ecological sustainability of the industry.
