About
Raised not far from Rosehill Racecourse, Glen grew up on a diet of small time punting and big time pedigrees as he watched a cavalcade of Champions race through the 1970’s and 80’s. He got his break in the industry at the Australian Stud Book then moved to work in Newmarket, England and whilst there spent 17 years working for Weatherbys. Amongst his various industry administration roles he has held the position of Secretary to the International Stud Book Committee and Manager of the Registrar of Racehorses for RISA, now Racing Australia. He has an in depth understanding of the global bloodstock market and has been reporting on Australian racing and breeding for over 25 years.
